i can't believe that i didn't get thousands of submissions for my inaugural "name the fruit" blog. does commenting to myself mean that i'm going crazy?
this is a simple ferran adria recipe; toasted baguette, avocado, tomato seeds, spring onions, anchovies and black olives crushed...
i'm going onto the road now to mutter strange things at the people walking by...
