This Italian restaurant proclaims itself "the best in Spain"... don't know about that, our neighbourhood restaurant in London is better.
- The location - 3 (central Madrid... dark, dim... the manager's foot is in a brace, perhaps he fell over a customer).
- The service - 3 (the waiter specialised in looking at other tables while talking to us... where's the love??).
- The menu - 4 (nice traditional fare).
- The execution - 3 (overcooked pasta, over sweet semi-freddo, the osso bucco ravioli tasted like 1yr old ragù).
- The cost - 2 (€120 2 people for dinner).
Total: 15/25 (60%).

Do you happen to have a recipe for a horseradish espuma that will go well with a grilled steak? Or any ideas for a good espuma with steak. Your clearly a better cook than I am from what I can see on your site! Keep up the good work y tango bien dia!
Your post is very interesting. Foods and other cooking style is the most pastime I frequently love doing. Also I love visiting other places such as Madrid, Barcelona and other places, just in Spain. I just don't know, I am planning to settle down and acquire some Spanish property. I hope that time will come soon

A lot of people ask me how I like living in Costa Rica. My answer is, it was the best decision that I made in my life. I came to Costa Rica 7 years ago on a vacation and quickly fell in love with the beauty of the country and the hospitality of the people here. I couldn't wait to come back. I started coming here about 4 times per year and always had a great time and didn't want to leave. Two years ago, I decided to leave Arizona and come live in Paradise. I can not tell you how happy I am that I made that decision. Today, I wake up next to the ocean and run on the beach every morning. I eat the most delicious fruits, vegetables and fresh seafood. My stress levels are much lower than when I was living in the States and the potential here for investing, truly is unlimited. The best part of living here is showing our clients this country. I really don't feel like I have a job for the first time in my life. The joy I receive when I see the look on people's faces when they get into the warm water of the Pacific ocean is truly priceless. For those of you that have come and discovered paradise, you know what I am talking about. For those of you that are on the way, I can't wait to get you here. He probado Piú di Prima en tres ocasiones, y las tres he salido preguntándome a mí mismo porque caigo en la tentación de repetir cuando sé lo que me voy a encontrar: un restaurante italiano carísimo, con ínfulas de "soy el mejor" cuando es falso, con platos ricos pero en un local incómodo, estresante y con un dueño que trata a gritos a sus camareros delante de las mismas narices de sus propios clientes, que contemplan atónitos como el equipo de sala corre de acá para allá como march madness gallinas sin cabeza. No dudo de que la comida está rica pero si algo hay en Madrid son representantes de altísimo nivel de la cocina italiana, a precios sensiblemente menores. Eso sí, si lo que te apetece es comer al lado del famoseo más chic estás en el local adecuado. Otra cosa es si quieres sentirte bien tratado. A no ser que seas famoso o crítico gastronómico sentirás lo que supone ser transparente.
